How To Book
Please complete and print out the Booking
Form with your signature and send along with a cheque
for the booking fee to the address supplied to you.
The property may only be used by the number of people stated
on the booking form or agreed by us.
Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost will
be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank transfers
or cheques are accepted. Contact us
for bank details. Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will
receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular
post, whichever is most convenient to you).
Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks
prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer.
For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full
rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation
cannot be held if the funds are not received.
Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of 100 euros is required against
damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance
of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 2
weeks of the end of your rental period following inspection
for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages
a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair
plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be made in writing by the signatory
of the Booking Form. If you cancel
your holiday you will be liable to pay charges as set out
below:

Insurance
You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance.
The owners cannot accept any liability for injury, loss of
possessions during the period of your holiday or failure of
travel arrangements such as cancelled flights..
Acceptance of Booking Conditions
When you have completed and signed the booking - form you
have accepted all clauses in this document.
Smoking Policy
We would prefer if guests did not smoke inside the apartment.
